2013 Spartan Blush
A semi-sweet blush wine made from a proprietor’s blend of several grape varieties. Our own Estate grapes are blended into the mix. Nice aromas of rose, honey and grape lead to a crisp, light finish. Serve chilled. 12.5% Alc.
2013 Pink Blossom
A dry rose made primarily from Pinot Noir grapes. Aromas of rose and cherry with a smooth, slightly acidic finish. Note the mild lingering finish of strawberry. 12.7% Alc

2013 Finlay’s Reserve
A bold, dry wine made from a propritetary blend of three grapes (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot) in honor of our 1st grandson. This wine is smooth to the palate with a lingering finish of vanilla, toasted oak and mixed berries. 12.3% Alc.

2013 Spartan Red
Made from a blend of five red grape varieties (three from MSU Agricultural Farm), this off dry red is aged in medium toasted French oak contributing to the smoothness on the palate. Has a “Burgundy” character, with notes of plum, cherry & subtle herbs. Wonderful with ribs, steak or Italian entrees. Serve room temperature or chilled. 11.1% alc.
A medium bodied, deep red wine with rich plum-cedar aromas and a refreshing softness on the palate and a hint of oak on the finish. Pairs well with veal, venison, or lamb, as well as mild sauce-laden pasta dishes. 11.9% alc.

2011 Pinot Noir
Light bodied, dry, aged to perfection in medium-toasted French Oak. Hints of cherry and raspberry are evident in this wonderfully complex wine. Great with veal, lamb and pork entrees. 11.5% Alc.

This Syrah is a medium bodied dry red wine with notes of cherry, black raspberry and pepper. Its smooth, dry finish and spicy characteristics make this a great choice to pair with pork entrées or Italian dishes. 12% Alc.
2014 St. Croix
This full bodied, dry red wine aged in French Oak has very unique & desirable characteristics. Note the great bold aromas of fennel, vanilla, toasted oak and tobacco. Licorice, currant, vanilla and sweet cherry are evident in the lasting finish. Multiple food pairings are possibilities due to it’s complex structure. 10.4% Alc.
2013 Faye (Cabernet Franc)
Named in honor of our Winery’s first grandchild, this Cabernet Franc is a medium bodied red wine aged in French oak for just the right amount of time to produce a wonderfully balanced red wine. 13.1% Alc.

This wine is full bodied, dry, & delicately aged in French Oak. Slightly herbaceous, with notes of white pepper, blackberry, vanilla & spiced plum. A wonderful wine with a lasting balanced smooth finish. Great by itself or complimentary to a beef or barbeque entrée. 12.4% Alc.
