Guests will be greeted with a starter tasting upon arrival before being guided through a curated pairing menu featuring:
• Irish Cheddar Cheese paired with Petite Pearl
• Mini Shepherd’s Pie (baked in mini cupcake pans!) paired with Spartan Red
• Pretzel Bite with Mustard paired with Vidal Blanc
• Corned Beef paired with Cayuga
• Green Sugar Cookie paired with Pear Wine
Each pairing is designed to highlight the unique character of our wines while giving a playful nod to classic Irish flavors.
After the guided tasting, guests are invited to purchase a full glass of their favorite selection, relax, and enjoy time with friends while chatting with Burgdorf’s owners and winemaker.
